Custom Fees & Duty

You may have to pay customs fees upon receipt of your order. These fees are not included in our prices. For more details, please consult your local legislation. Returns are normally delivered to us within 4 working days after sending and then refunds processed within 1 - 3 working days. Refunds are only processed when the return arrives at the warehouse.

When returning the goods a full refund, including the cost of outgoing postage will be refunded.
